We now offer FREE mainland UK delivery on all our products.
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, if there is a delivery charge (e.g. for non UK Mainland deliveries), the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
We currently despatch orders using Royal Mail 1st Class, Signed For & City Link couriers.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free of charge but not guaranteed to be delivered on the next working day. Most items are delivered within 1-3 days. If you have not received your order within 5 days from the date of despatch please contact us on email@example.com.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
The Benlon Company will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Benlon shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
The Benlon Company shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery and return them for a full refund of the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of your wish to cancel within this period by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us. The goods must be returned by you in a saleable condition at your expense. We would recommend that you ensure the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit and sent to us via a recorded delivery service.
Airline Damage To Luggage
We strongly recommend that you examine your luggage carefully upon arrival, before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by airport staff is not covered by the manufacturers warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.
You must contact us for an authorisation code before returning any goods. You can do that here.
We will only refund orders that are returned within 28 days from the date of delivery of your order, however we will not refund any additional charges for a guaranteed next day delivery that was applied to the order. A re-stocking fee of £9.99 will be charged for orders not cancelled within 7 working days after the day of delivery. The returned goods must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. Any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
